Shipping & Returns
All purchases will be packed within one working day of your order. We deliver using Australia Post and can ship to any address or PO Box. All orders are sent through Standard Post and you should expect your items to arrive within 3-5 working days. Please note delivery to more remote regional areas may take longer. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.
LOCAL PICK UP
Orders placed online are packed within one working day of your order and will be ready for pick up the following business day. Your order will be held at the cafe for you to pick up during our store trading hours which are: Monday - Friday (7AM - 3PM AEST) Saturday & Sunday (8AM - 3PM AEST) Please note any orders placed over the weekend will only be available for pick up the following week or next working day. The cut off for weekend pick up is Thursday by 5PM AEST. You will receive an email to advise your order is ready for pickup.
There is no charge for shipping Australia wide or for local pick up. We are currently offering free shipping and pick up to all customers.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Circa Espresso website and have a 14 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from us for any reason, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please include your name, order details and exchange/credit preference in the email so we may assist you further.
- Items must be returned in original condition including all original packaging.
- Original shipping charges if any, are nonrefundable.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
