Circa's specialty coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure only the best quality is brought out in every lot.
We now select the raw green beans which have been sourced, created and roasted with much deliberation. After the roasting process the coffee is brought to Circa where the brew is customised to highlight the beauty, seasonality & the regional characteristics of the bean. We hope that you enjoy the crop to the cup brew experience as much as we do.
